We regularly assist landlord clients on issues or disputes arising between landlord and tenant. We also act for landlords in the recovery of arrears of rent (including distress actions), as well as in obtaining repossession of property.
For tenants, we render advice on their rights and liabilities, negotiate terms with prospective landlords, draft tenancy agreement as well as represent them in claims by and against landlords.
